Nothing wrong with the service or experience. The poor guy is working there by himself trying to do the UHaul rentals, while also managing and working there by himself at the gas station/convenience store.

Uhaul needs to start using a trailer tongue lifting system as these trailers are too heavy to lift by one person and i am often alone while picking these up. It is not the locations responsibility to have someone there to assist me to lift the trailer. This impacts my decision on where to rent a trailer as homedepot has this feature.
