There was no place to park. And I got charged fuel even though I returned it with the same amount I got it with. I don’t understand why I can’t get a U-Haul with a full tank

Nothing just got overcharged because I put the truck gas back in like it was when I got it and was all it was charged and extra money for gas of the truck was a couple hours late but was also charged another day and another safe thing for the truck so it was not another 24 hours on the truck

ROBERT MWas charged based on estimated miles driven. In the past when renting a Uhaul, you get charged based on actual miles driven. Ofcourse I over estimated my milage. And I paid for it. I may have driven 1/3 of the estimated miles. Convenient location. Would rent elsewhere because of price.

Steven DWhen I arrived, the person there didn’t know I had a rental scheduled or no one there that could help me. She ended up calling someone and I ended up doing everything on there phone line then they would direct me to do stuff on my phone. Took close to an hour to pick up when I was expecting a quick pickup. The outside windows looked like they were covered with dirt but the inside of uhaul was swept out but could have been cleaned/sprayed out.
