I was charged for stuff I did not ask for. When mentioned he said he took it off but after paying and signing we realized it was still there and he said he couldn’t do anything because we signed already

Fraudulent Charges to my credit card to the tune of over 1,000 twice in a row Fraudulent and unethical business Go to a U-Haul dealership and this location.

This location charged my credit card 2,000 for a day rental in may - the corporate customer service had to reimburse me the total for the day rental was 150. Today I had to call customer AGAIN because they charged me 1288 for a U-Haul I never rented or reserved. A month later and I had no ideas because I was working in an area with little cell reception and I hadn’t used that credit card in a month. Either something is wrong with their system or there is some sort of fraud operation happening at this location. The second time this happened I had to file a report with the E flag department. I never got an any sort of notification or email that I was gonna get this charge yet again for a second time without my consent approval or any kind of signature please be aware of this location. They most likely will try to charge your credit card and hope you don’t notice. Because of the secondary charge I was coming home from an out of town job and couldn’t buy gas or food and was stranded for hours because this establishment maxed out my card. Please go to a U-Haul facility and not this third party gas station. FRAUDULENT charges will be made. BEWARE

My only complaint is not with the drop off location it is with U-HAUL policy. If I am paying nearly $3000 dollars to rent this truck and the furniture blankets and dolly it is absolutely absurd I should be required to refill those blankets. I had fiber in my mouth eyes and all over my body. I feel I paid a premium for 1 way drop off and shouldn’t have been burdened with doing such a menial task after a 13 hour drive.

Based on my experience from the business and the use of the equipment, I would say everything was top notch. The young gentleman I dealt with was courteous and friendly.

I went to pick up a truck from one location and the were no keys available for the unit. This is after i had already reserved this unit. Then I had to drive across town to get to another unit which added more to my rental fee. I was also charged another $15 for safe drive which i had declined. Where I was originally supposed to pick up the truck and the keys, The key boxes were all open and there were no keys to any unit available.

Pick up and drop off was easy but they would not use my vip certificate discount. Mark Jones of Nashville Uhaul corrected their mistake and refunded me what they were supposed to discount so all is well but would recommend the employees at this dealer location learn to apply discounts that uhaul issues to its customers.

Truck had hardly no fuel i was told i had to put a half a tank in before bringing it back. And told him check engine light was on he did not care. Had to drive to another location to get a dolly when they had 2 weeks notice.

There was no place to park. And I got charged fuel even though I returned it with the same amount I got it with. I don’t understand why I can’t get a U-Haul with a full tank

Nothing just got overcharged because I put the truck gas back in like it was when I got it and was all it was charged and extra money for gas of the truck was a couple hours late but was also charged another day and another safe thing for the truck so it was not another 24 hours on the truck

No hand truck available. Severely slowed completion of task. Truck was clean but no hand truck requested in initial order placed well in advance of pick up date.

Was charged based on estimated miles driven. In the past when renting a Uhaul, you get charged based on actual miles driven. Ofcourse I over estimated my milage. And I paid for it. I may have driven 1/3 of the estimated miles. Convenient location. Would rent elsewhere because of price.

Original location of reservation didn’t have a vehicle for my appointment, business was closed when hours showed they were open, phone number provided was disconnected

When I arrived, the person there didn’t know I had a rental scheduled or no one there that could help me. She ended up calling someone and I ended up doing everything on there phone line then they would direct me to do stuff on my phone. Took close to an hour to pick up when I was expecting a quick pickup. The outside windows looked like they were covered with dirt but the inside of uhaul was swept out but could have been cleaned/sprayed out.
