The representative was not clear on instructions & even though I took pictures & uploaded them they didn't provide the extension cable to plug into the lights. So I was inconvenienced to have to come back to the location, wasting my gas and time because of their mistake & incompetence.

ROBERT SDudes. Penske lets us use our own car insurance. I had to purchase yours extra. Other than complaining about prices because that's one of my jobs as a modern human being, y'all had a truck, I needed a truck and was able to get one by walking in the door, the attendant was nice and friendly. That's about it. Thanks!
