GREGORY BI went to pick up a truck from one location and the were no keys available for the unit. This is after i had already reserved this unit. Then I had to drive across town to get to another unit which added more to my rental fee. I was also charged another $15 for safe drive which i had declined. Where I was originally supposed to pick up the truck and the keys, The key boxes were all open and there were no keys to any unit available.
