HAMID MVery smooth pick up and drop off. Some of the negative reviews on here definitely could be valid if the rental is during peak season (start/end of the month) I rented a cargo van on 4/23 for 24 hours. The representative during my pick-up was super friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Another staff member helped me with the drop off, and he was super chill as well with the whole process. Honestly, out of the 3 locations in downtown Toronto, I would recommend coming to this location time after time.

Wendy DExcellent service although I tracked my distance and was over charged by 10km. I didn't take a photo of the odometer at the start though so I cant prove it and it is only a $10 difference so I am not going to worry about it.

Tony RThe location and staff are great I just want to point out that the 15' truck I rented for moving had poor suspension and I'm pretty sure it needed an alignment. Also I wasn't given a contract in paper on my first day. But other than that, great service ! Keep it up guys !

JOSE CI am very unhappy about your policy of providing vehicles with only a quarter tank of Gas to customers. This causes anxiety if there is enough gas in the tank and makes it impossible to guess how much gas has to be put in at the end of the trip. A policy of always providing vehicles that have a full tank and requiring a full tank upon return would be much better - a practice that most car rental places have as standard procedure.

RUMELA MAll vehicles should be cleared of garbage in between users. It would be nice if vehicles actually got repaired once in a while too. This is not a problem to this specific outlet. I understand that not every bit of damage needs to be repaired immediately because it doesn't affect the safety of the vehicle, but over time, your trucks start looking like garbage-on-wheels since nothing EVER gets repaired. eg. Rust, peeling paint, scratches, graffiti, upholstery tears, damaged windows, dents, missing bumpers, etc Therefore, if a user does not add to the damage the vehicle has already experienced, their insurance "add-on" should be refunded because you never use the money we've paid anyway. It's just another money grab. Only those who actually damage the vehicle should not get an insurance refund. Otherwise, what's the point of the vehicle inspections upon renting out & return?

Anson EIt was difficult to get the door to open, there was no bell, just a message on the door saying that the door is permanently closed and that the parking lot is in the back.It did not give precise directions to the parking lot or to wait at the door while we called the phone. They should ask if we have driven a car like that and if not, give the minimum instructions for driving it, for example where the handbrake is and how to operate it.

VIJAY KWas given to me with only a quarter tank of fuel, so had to get gas before we could get to work moving. Why not always have the tanks full? Take it full, return it full. Simple. Other than that, all went well and no complaints
