Horrible customer service; was told I would have a dolly in the back of my vehicle and that it was there, to then arrive to my home and find it was not in the vehicle as ordered and confirmed by the sales clerk. I have even reached out for this to be addressed and response was “we can’t guarantee availability of materials” when it was literally confirmed to me that it was available. You can understand my confusion, yes? Awful location and experience that delayed my move significantly. do not order from here.
