Side board is ripped entirely off the wall. Couldn't tie anything down to that side of the truck. Transmission or clutch is having issues Leak on the passenger side Radio was intermittently working Gas cap broken Overall worst condition Uhaul I ever used. And I use a lot of Uhaul. Personally and through business.

I had placed this reservation almost 2 full weeks in advance and I was still shorted the furniture dolly that I had requested. Had I been informed that this would not be available to me I would have made other arrangements. This added a LOT of extra work for this move. The truck was also handed over with a quarter tank. Since when is it not required to deliver and drop off with a full tank of gas? Now when I dropped it off it had more than a quarter tank left in it. Am I seeing a return on the fees or is this just "free gas" for the rental company. The young man helping me out was very kind and understanding through all this but overall a disappointing experience. The back of the truck was also handed over with a dirty cargo space (shredded paper all over the place).
Jonathan R.The parking for client vehicles is very limited and not easy to access - especially with a ford 150 - otherwise all good - the sales associate was amazing....very helpful and knowledgable.
Lesley S.We booked a furniture dolly and it was not reserved for us.
