Great customer service and communication
Priyanka CI would specifically like to thank the worker at this drop-off location. There was some issues outside of their control that was going to be a major inconvenience, and they went above any beyond to find solutions, call other locations, and then in the end, just be a great employee and make it work, saving us so much time. I’m very appreciative of their great work!
Frank BThe staff member attempted to overcharge us. I went into the store with my sister and brother to pick up a vehicle. When I asked for the total cost, explaining that I would be driving დაახლოებით 60 km, he told me it would be $70 per 20 km. That didn’t match the rate listed on the check-in sheet, which clearly stated $1.09 per kilometre. When I pointed this out, he changed the total to $119 without providing a clear explanation of how it was calculated. The inconsistency was concerning and felt misleading. I’ve used U-Haul many times before and never had an issue like this, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.
