SIJAN NWanted to fill the gas to the initial level, but after filling the first time, the fuel dial didn't move at all! After filling the tank a bit the second time, the fuel dial jump by alot!

GURPREET SInterior of cab was filthy. One of the tires had low pressure and had to be refilled by me. Location is a dingy basement. Location was closed upon return despite being during posted business hours.

RALPH FI ordered packing supplies online for pickup at the Box Shoppe location (1355 Gerrard St E). But upon arrival, I was told that they do not have any boxes of the size that I ordered. Ultimately, we agreed that I would pick up boxes of a different size, the attendant did not read through my order properly and did not give me the packing paper until I asked for it. The rental pickup at 456 Parliament St was fine, the staff helped us pretty quickly with the ordered dolly and furniture pads. However, I purchased a UHAUL couch cover that I didn’t end up using. And when I tried to return it at the same location less than 6 hours later, I was told it is not possible because I didn’t have a receipt, even though they didn’t give me one at the time of purchase. Overall, not the best customer service, it is probably best to be certain what you paid for, be prepared to not get what you ordered in advance and always ask for receipts.

JUAN GThe truck I had Has two issues. The right side mirror does not stay in place. As the truck moves it tilts towards the ground making it hazardous when changing lanes. Needs to be tightened. Also a high pitched chirping in the cab while driving on the highway. Very grating and distracting.

ALI GCargo door latch on truck was broken which required me to use rope to keep the door closed. Truck was filthy (cab full of mud and dust). Passenger side mirror would not adjust. Fuel tank was half empty at pick up.

Yuyang TThe back door sticks on one of the trucks units I rent often from them and they have not done anything about the back. When I made my comment the first time. And they have hours posted on and say they are there but the door is locked and the lights are off. But they are actually there because I have called and they say to go around back and he is there. The person who runs it probably lives in the building above as well so it make it’s easier for him but it’s the extra bits of time these little things cause delays.

ROBERT BThe mirror on the passenger side was not fixed properly. Mirror was moving every time while driving.The speedometer was showing wrong speed. This were safety issues.
Nischal NU-Haul should let customers know when after-hours service with a key dropbox is available at the dropoff locations they suggest. I spent quite some time parking the truck properly and taking the pictures as the U-Haul app requested only to find out that at the end there was no place to leave the keys. Had to go somewhere else.
PEDRO SHi, I just wanted to let you know that the truck I rented was in really bad condition. The inside was quite dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned before I picked it up. Mechanically, it also didn’t feel safe the front suspension was making loud noises, the ball joints were loose, and the steering wheel kept shaking while I was driving. I honestly didn’t feel secure on the road and it made the whole drive stressful. I just wanted to bring this to your attention. Thanks

BEATA SCheck-in process was much improved from my last rental here, however the parking area is pretty tight to maneuver. Truck worked fine but interior had garbage left from previous rentals and could use a clean.

Tony Rthe furniture dolly I rented was only a cart for moving bread in a supermarket - it was extremely unhelpful. The rental cost was only $7 but I needed it, which is why I arranged for it, and then the cart ended up being somewhat useless.

ANDREY LI had a great experience renting a U-Haul truck at 456 Parliament street location . The customer service was excellent- friendly, professional and efficient. The truck was almost new (maybe even brand new!) and very clean, which made the move smooth and easy. I’d definitely rent from them again.
VINCENT AI was charged a $25 cleaning fee because the back of the cargo van had some dust. It’s a cargo van. Is it not part of your service to clean vehicles between customers. Passenger portion was left spotless.
