This is not a Ziebart issue, it is simply a Cornwall issue. It is closer to the more crime ridden section of Cornwall so I was worried about my truck being left there the entire time. Nothing happened thoSEAN K.

very poor customer service and will never return to that location due to being over charged in services i even took the rental to the carwash to be fully cleaned and filled the tank and yet still got over charged for the three day rental if you do the math correct 166 deposit when returned another 130 plus my 75 in gas and another 30 for the wash seems like they have no respect for the customers and the truck was dirty inside and out and did have damages already on it when i arrived for pick up .also i lost out on have a day due to poor customer service due to misunderstandings so again i will never return to this location or send anyone to them .mary R.

I took a picture of the cracked passenger side bumper which didn't appear in the pictures that I was sent. You are only sent a few pictures of the vehicle which don't allow you to reasonably see any damage.SCOTT W.

The location forgot to put in the equipment requested. That dolly was key to my move as I did most of the move by myself (38yr old woman) Getting in touch with U-Haul was impossible. When I called the location the next morning to advise I was falling incredibly behind due to him forgetting my equipment... He just shrugged it off and said oops that's my fault. If you're going to allow people to pick up after closing hours, insuring the equipment they requested is literally half the job! Complete fail. I was exhausted and frustrated my entire move. I am still recovering. PLUS I did scratch some furniture as I had packed away all my blankets because I ordered half dozen blankets that also didn't make it into the truck.Kerri-Lynn W.
Lots of issues with uhaul not being able to release the truck for 3 hours before I was able to get it. Even though it was sitting right there. Customer service was terrible help even the manager from customer service was no help. Made my day extra stressful due to this. I will never recommend uhaul services to anybody. Friendly helpful staff that were prepared to rearrange the hire at short notice when the online order form didn't really match what was required. The vehicle was clean both inside and out, used an anticipated ammount of petrol (an important consideration for the current price) and maintained an easy pace that didn't hold up traffic.John B.
We received many phone calls from U-Haul stating that our request was not possible after we booked the time on-line. Moving is a very stressful deal and receiving calls like that only added more stress to our lives. Thank goodness for the service and help from U-Haul at 453 Second St W, Cornwall, ON K6J1H3. They made a big difference in easing our stress and were very helpful!Danick L.

Despite repeated calls I have still not received my rental receipt for this rental. In fact, the customer rep just HUNG UP on me for inquiring! And said he will not adjust the estimated km charge down "if it's only off by 1 km." I want IMMEDIATE RESPONSE on this. I want my rental receipt and with the correct billed amount. I needed the truck for a day and 1/2. When I picked up the truck it was dirty, both inside and out. I noted this when I returned the vehicle using the app and I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I noted on the app that I shouldn't be charged this cleaning fee and now, 1 month after renting the truck I receive the final invoice and U-Haul has charged me the cleaning fee. Outrageous!!! I have used U-Haul for many years moving my belongings across the country and charge will make me think about using the other guys going forward.David D.
