Worst experience ever. Sent me to three different pickup locations. Truck was broken and terrible ride. Front end is shot. After all the money we spent on U-Haul this month I'd have to think long and hard to use you again. The extra miles didn't play in because by the time we got our truck it was too late to go to our extra location to move.
