Unable to view my receipt. Probably because I was over charged $20. Also, never was informed on how to complete the drop service. So now over charged again. They are stealing people's money.

SHAHBAZ MYour lockers are outside of the building and in the winter time the locks get frozen and it is not possible to open them. After I press in App that I got no key, the app is stuck and you can not do any other procedures like you got the key or return the truck. So, obviously your virtual service is useless without a human attendance, at least in a winter time...
MAKSIM YRude lady when I first arrived to pick up the key. I did everything online and all I needed was the key. It’s supposed to be convenient for the customer but she claimed she still needs to check my ID and every thing I just did online. I’ve been through this routine before and never had to be re-checked before getting keys! Plus she felt like she needed to tell me if I lost the key I will have to pay for the key fob! Duh! I’m not some young kid. I know what and What not to do. She’s very rude and has NO customer service skills!!
ERIKA PEverything was great here. From pickup to drop off. Them only reason I said the equipment was bad was so it would get Uhauls attention. The 15ft truck was clean and ran great. However...i had it into the night and the headlights were so out of adjustment that it was very difficult to see. This is an extreme safety hazard and should be addressed by uhaul. Other than that everything was great. Ive used this location several times and its the only one ill use on the Crest Hill/Joliet area.

MARY NYou should institute a rewards program I frequently rent your vehicles and always return the way I find them if not better condition but I don’t like renting on the weekends due to the rates being so high. So I think that a rewards program would bring better business something like a discount on rates or something.And you should consider renting cars.

john aI calculated a certain amount of miles and ended up paying way more than expected. Google aaid 30 miles to and from and i had to pay way more outside of that. Moving is expensive

FRANCISCO LUhaul located on Division in Crest Hill, IL. Is My go to Moving Rental Truck Location. They are very knowledgeable, good equipment, & very quick at processing Order. I recommend them to anyone in Will County needing a Uhaul. Jmac
Johnny MI love this location when I need to rent a truck. I’ve rented moving trucks for a complete move. And I’ve rented pickup trucks for an hour for a small job. The staff has always been pleasant, helpful, and I’ve always been greeted with a smile. They move the paperwork along efficiently. And I am in and out with the keys to the truck quickly. And always say “if there are any issues while you have the truck, please give us a call.” And the price is s as Keats what they say it will be.

ROGELIO MFriendly front desk representatives. Renting a Uhaul was made very simple and easy.
JIM BI made my reservation and days after it was confirmed, I received a text saying that my reservation had to be changed. It was supposed to be a one way trip, picking up at one location and dropping off in another. Instead, they told me I had to pick up and return the truck to the same location. Notifying me of this the day before my move made it quite difficult and stressful on me. The only other issue is that I drove 34.9 miles I believe, and on filling up the gas tank to a full tank, I had to use almost 9 gallons of gas. Do your trucks not get more than 4 miles per gallon???

They changed pickup location and set a pickup time that was not going to work without speaking to me. I opted for a call, not texts. The ladies at the crest hill location were nice though

CHRISTOPHER RAll the ladies were very nice. They got all the paperwork done swiftly and got me on my way. The truck itself was a different story the check engine light was on, it had an exhaust leak and when on the highway the engine surged causing it to use more gas.

raymond sThe mileage to start off was incorrect. The paperwork stated 4687.0 and the actual mileage on rental van was 4687.9. I physically walked in and made it known to Jess and she stated she would give me credit of a dollar at end of bill. Did not see the credit on the bill therefore would not recommend anyone to this location. There are principles and ethics. Thank you.

gary bOf all my times I’ve rented a U-Haul for our business, I’ve never been asked to provide an emergency contact. I was asked so I gave them one. Little did I know that the representative would be calling her at that moment. She didn’t answer because she’s a teacher. I gave her one of my employees numbers who was right outside. Pretty lame new rule or this stores rule. I was also sent an email a few days prior that I had to go there at 10 when they open and I could not do self check in. We normally start working way earlier than 10. Then she told me my key was waiting in the self check in. Ugh! You mean I could have avoided all of this frustration? I will not be revisiting this location unless I have to.
