I reserved a dolly that wasn't in the truck at the time of pickup and I requested a 17" and a representative from this location assured me he will have one available the day of pickup unfortunately that wasn't the case. However he was able to accommodate me with a smaller truck for the same price. Overall I believe that it was a good experience ??

Broken Auto transport trailer. Transmission issues with uhaul truck. Delayed my relocation by 2 days! Worst experience ever!

I had to unload car from dolly myself with no assistance. In unloading found my car was damaged from improper loading of car. Had to take dolly off truck by myself and then push it to area for the store owner. The person renting the truck should not have to handle all these things. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE & will not be using Uhaul ever again.

This was a store that rented u-haul equipment. I had to connect and un-connect the trailer myself. On top of this, I had to clean the trailer out before I could load; seems as though the homeless was using it as a sleeping space! When I returned the trailer (early), the clerk at the store told me that my document was wrong and he wouldn't return the equipment in the system. Finally, as I told the u-haul customer service representative, I don't know what's going on with the locations in Jacksonville, but there is obviously a program with customer service and equipment maintenance. The Regional Manager should be fired!

Prices were outrageous. I’ve never paid almost 700 for less than I week. Was a frequent user of uhaul with my business but my company nor myself will be using them anymore

There was only one person working and a customer had to hook-up the trailer. They located the contract online and had to re-do it to raise the price of the contract asking for a credit card number which they weren't going to get. So, it was adjusted with less insurance to make it balance. It was in a bad area of town and half the connections on the trailers where missing. Electronics for lights & braking. I've worked with adult populations and I wouldn't go back there. One trailer had low tires, almost flat. Not maintained at all. He did send a copy of the new contract via his phone. From a business perspective, I would absolutely cancel their store. I would never use U-HAUL, if this was the only option. Embarrassed, for the location.

1) I called before going to make sure it was opened They told me it closes at 10PM 2) There was no lighting to indicate or visible signs for UHaul. The location was difficult to find at night 3) the Lot was not lit and I had no assistance to park the trailer, nor did someone check the trailer’s conditions 4) I returned the trailer Saturday August 4 at 9:30 PM , and the attendant refused to provide proof that I had returned the trailer and suggested that if I did not liked it I could rehitch the trailer and return it elsewhere 5) I insisted and he made a phone call indicating that his boss said that they closed the system at 7PM and that they would record the the return next morning and I would received and email 6) Since I Had not received anything until 12:10PM I called the Quick Mart location and they told that they had forgotten to enter the information 7) The return was recorded as of Sunday August 5 not Saturday 4 and even there was no extra charge this delay left me liable should something happens in the meantime with the trailer For this reason I believe that this location shoul have retraining Also this is not and uncommon situation at this made up locations and why I dread having to deal with UHaul at all places like this one make look everybody el else bad

The was not clean. Tobacco all in cup holder, SOMETHING on driver door, I guess the last rental PERSON before me papers still in truck. I wasn't HAPPY with that all.

The webiste allowed me to make a reservation in the evening. I called prior to making the reservation due to the late hour I need to request and they confirmed over the phone my ability to pick up the truck rental at the time. When I arrived they informed me they did not do rentals after 4pm and I had to return the next morning at 6am. If they don't do rentals in the evenings they need to take the option to make a reservation after that time off the website and definitely have whoever is answering the phone be as knowledgeable as possible to avoid these inconveniences. They offered no apology, no discount, nothing other than a blank stare. Won't ever use this location again.

A store in the hood. Very limited understanding of the rental process. The first store we went to in downtown was very helpful and assisted pick up location with the rental process. Clerk at pick up location was also checking out a line of other customers for the store. It took too long and was a painful process.

This location is a high crime rate district. The location is a convenience store that has a two inch thick acrylic barrier locked room for the person who handles the paperwork and the Uhaul equipment. The only Uhaul items on the property were the 15 foot truck and car trailer to fill my order for a 15 foot truck and a car dolly. I would not have known this was a Uhaul location by lack of signage and lack of product.

if they got more help there it would be ok the workers was verry nice but the uhal company needs alot of work and better ways to handle there sales i was charged $28.50 for gas that i put in already and also they charged my sisters deb card $65.00 thanks to the owner of the store at this place i got my money back so my complant is to the uhal company not the store i will never use uhal again

liked the fact it was more of a gas station as opposed to an actual uhual location where waiting in line could take forever. Time was quicker than my past experiences at uhual, however, given that there is only one person managing the store as well as dealing with uhual-related services could also have you wait like I did. but overall, good. Truck was clean and new.

The Uhaul is at a Gas Station. I did not had the hand truck or furniture pads as I requested on my reservation, probably because is not a Uhaul regular store. However the gas station location was very convenient and excellent customer service.

The truck had problems with it's braking system. The brake indicator lights, along with the noise was constantly on for most of the 200 miles of driving, I called in about it on 4 occasions and finally a technician came out right after I had gotten it unloaded. I was told that it was safe enough to drive at low speeds. This occurrence added almost an extra 3 hours to this project. When I went to drop the truck off, I could not find the Location because of poor lightening, so I went pass it for miles. I almost went pass it as I came back toward where it was located. In the first place, this size truck was over 30 miles away and in the opposite direction of my use, so therefore, I had to pay on an extra 120 miles just to be able to pick it up/drop it off, for it's use; and then put up with the very irritating noise (with me pulling off of the highway from time to time to see if the brakes were at least working enough for me to stop.) Then to top it off, the power for plugging in the GPS was not working, so I had no use of the GPS after that battery ran down, and the same with my cell phone. So, overall, this was a very, very bad experience.
