The inside of the truck was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. It took over 30 minutes to have pickup approved and get the code for the key. Drop off was much easier.Trevor B.
Online stock availability need to be improved. Location did not have stock that I had requested. I wanted to rent in Lafayette however it said non available then after I selected another location Rayne LA i get a text that might saying they moved my rental to Lafayette.Corey A.

The whole self pick up experience was horrible. Took 45 minutes to get this truck picked up and the whole process was just ridiculous. I wasn't even made aware that this was a self pick up when I made the reservation! Completely ridiculousMiles M.

Give your customer the correct location of the pickup. I ended up going to the place i got two calls, two emails, and a text confirming. I then got told it was at the location accross the town. My pickup yime was at 9:00. I got an alert at 9:38 about it at a different location when i just arrived there. Truck smelled like a chimney. Other then that truck was ok.Trevor D.

I paid for four hours and was told I had to return the vehicle 30 minutes early because someone else rented the same van. It was a huge inconvenience and I certainly wasn't prorated.Theresa F.

The van had no air conditioner and the lady who did the rental was not very nice. She put on the rental agreement that the van was on half but when we brought it back on half she told us it was supposed to have more air.JOSHUA C.

ended up spending money I did not have pn the truck because the attendant who sold me the storage unit did not tell me that after 7 I would be locked out of the building. When I returned with the truck at 7;45 I intended to leave the truck with the required gas, but instead after several attempts to get into the building I had to leave with a truck full of furniture, which literally added approximately 25 more miles and $5 more gas onto the transaction. Had I known that I could not enter the building later, then I would have arrived before 7. So I ended up having to finish the move the next day, rushed out of the truck for someone else, and paid way more than I wanted to because now I had the truck for one day. I'm sure it was an honest mistake in not advising me that if I did not return before 7 I would be locked out of the building. If you give a code to enter the building, then I would assume that I can enter the building at anytime since no one said otherwise. An honest mistake on her part, but a costly one for me.Michael K.
