Roaches in the U-Haul and now they are in my belongings, I will never rent a U-Haul again
H HBe careful of the price as price quoted online is totally different from what u pay at pick up. Uhaul need to stop the hidden prices and give one price. So person booking is aware that they will pay more when uhaul is being picked up.
KADENE BI would recommend for convenience but with warning. There were roaches and huge fire ants inside. I ended up grabbing some ant/roach spray due to the danger of being bitten while driving.

FRANKLIN RThere were garbage behind driver seats. They vercharge me. And inacurrate time of rent and and the time of the vehicle was returned to the location. As well as inacurrate mileage. This is a Valero gasoline u-haul location and is a rip-off. Not recommend this u-haul location

STEVEN RI have rented from the location not because I like it because its literally 3 mins from my home. The customer service there sucks and do not need to carry the Uhaul name.
ANNIE HMake sure the telephone lines are working to receive customers calls to reserve or inquire about U-Haul services, without having to go to the physical location.
MARY AWe paid for the truck rental when we got it in Georgia. A week after I dropped it off in Florida we got an additional bill for over $300. I tried calling the drop off location, no answer. I called the national number, and Susanne was outstanding. She found out they listed the truck being returned several days after I actually returned it. Fortunately, I had proof of the day I returned it. Before the day was over we got a refund. I don't know if the people at the drop off location were incompetent or criminal. I will use Uhaul again, but I will never drop off at this place again.

CHERLY OThe truck wasn't good. It was not working properly to get me to move all my belongs. After my first trip I went back to them and he had 5 more vehicles sitting in the parking lot and refused to change the vehicle. I still have alot of my furniture that wasn't move because of the malfunction equipment. So I had to go to Home Sepot to rent another truck to finsh my moving. . I have proof of that.
EVETTE JThe cab seats and floors were dirty as well as the back of the truck. It stalled out 4 times at stop lights. The 4th time it took several times to get it started.

NIYAZ IYou can improve for me. I rented the 5x9 open trailer Measured 52 inches from wall to wall. That is not 5 feet (60 inches) Should advertise as 4x9 I almost wasn’t able to use because my load was 58 inches and should’ve fit

SALAH AI was a bit sceptical because I saw a few non-helpful reviews under this I haul location, the process was smooth and the person that dealt with us at the gas station was very customer service friendly and very nice and helpful. The rates are amazingly convenient which made my job easy.
