When asked what day we would be returning the equipment, we let them know it would be returned the same day, but in Galveston. We didn’t realize until later that we were still charged for 2 days when we specifically let them know it would just be the one day. I am pretty frustrated and feel like I wasted my money, especially since I have to rent another trailer to come home at the end of the week.

MICAH BWe booked from Clifton to Marlin with 2 days. Accepted flexible drop off in Temple with 2 days confirmed at pick up. Uhaul changed pickup from Clifton to Valley Mills. Confirmed 2 day use but printed contract said 1 day. Don't understand why Uhaul could not move 1 trailer 10 miles up the road to be picked up as scheduled weeks ago.
