Get somebody to answer their phone
ALVIN SThe truck barely had brakes. The dolly I requested was missing, and picking up in a location with little to no cell service was almost impossible. This place should not have contactless pickup.
Madison DTrailer was dirty inside and the rubbers on the safety chains were broken. The dealer didn’t have any new ones, also they were more worried about payment then making sure trailer was ready to go.

CORY NThe vehicle was filthy inside and out (pictures are available). We rented with the expectation of picking the vehicle up in one of three Winnipeg locations but we were forced to drive to this rural location instead. The vehicle we received wasn’t the correct model/class (20’ vs. 15’) resulting in added expenses (more costly ferry reservation, fuel, etc.). No moving materials were available for rent at this location (blankets, etc.). We also discovered in-transit that the vehicle leaked, damaging some items.
Brent DSeems like not enough training was done for the staff. The truck was pretty much empty so I had to b-line for the gas station (18 miles till empty).then I realized that there was a great big combination lock on the door and I didn’t have any clue how to open it. I had reserved it for two days and I got a call that I hadn’t returned it the day before, but I looked at the contract and I still had it for 4 more hours. There was also a lot of trouble returning the truck because the mileage at the time of pickup was higher than the mileage at drop off. I’m sorry but this was just bad all around
