You guys are the worst. I was guaranteed a truck that barely got delivered. I was harassed by a local franchise to hurry and get the truck I didn't have back because of overbooking. I was billed incorrectly for going over miles when I did not. I believe an absolute house cleaning from the top down and a revamp of your business might help fix this extremely broken company.Tirso M.

They called us threatening to call the sherif even though we thought we paid for extra days we were also willing to pay for another day. This day I fell very ill and was at the doctor which is why I missed the 11 am drop off. The girl there was very rude and when checking the truck in she told us the price and asked us if we had money on the card provided as if we would provide a card without funds. She kept calling my husband while we were unloading telling him to hurry up because she â€œhad places to beâ€. Very rude.Jeffrey H.

Make sure the vehicles are properly serviced. The truck that I rented vibrates, almost shakes, constantly. May need brakes, front tires or balancing but it's bad.LEOPOLDO C.

We rented a truck and there were blood stains in it upon pickup. We rented a unit and my husband was told the hole would be fixed in unit and to not worry. My husband visited the unit today and our items are covered in mold and ants. He mentioned the smell is awful from rat feces. A lot of our items are wet from the leak as well.Brandon N.
The location is difficult to get into and out of with large moving vehicles. The aisles between storage units are narrow and bumpy. I understand it's hard to keep leaves off of the equipment but it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days. The A.C. was little to none. It blew hot air the whole way.
