JANICIA WI was supposed to pick up a 15 footer truck and a dolly at the West Tennessee location. I drove all the way from South Florida when I got to Tallahassee. To find out my pick up location had been changed the new pick up location, which was half an hour from my original pick up location where I got the truck, I did get a truck but they had no dolly. They sent me to Crawfordville, which is 40 minutes from Tallahassee. They didn’t have a dolly either.. I did not get a dolly for my car until the day I was to leave Tallahassee, With that being said, I had to drive around a 15 footer in Tallahassee to run all my errands and it cost me a lot on gas. I will never use U-Haul again nor will I recommend U-Haul. I will let everyone know about my experience with U-Haul

SONYA RI dropped off the vehicle at 2:37pm because I had to pick up my grand child at 3 and I signed him out at 2:55pm. The young lady was with a customer and she said I will take the keys and you don't have to wait I will check the vehicle later and email you the receipt. so I left and I got the receipt and it's saying that I returned it at 3:22pm which is not true I only used the vehicle for about a little over an hour. And I was charged more that what I should be paying I am very dissatisfied with this location and the customer service I received when returning the vehicle.

PATRICK MI reserved a truck last week for this past saturday from a different location nearby (i believe at 7600 Mc Nab Road) for 11am. When I went to pick it up. The person told me the system was down and there was NOTHING she could do. This person was rude and didnt understand how i felt. I had to move. Her recommendation was check budget rental. I gave her my number and asked her to call me when the system came back up. At 1:30, I attempted to rent at Budget but was unsuccessful. I decided to try my original option. Thank goodness I reached the value store branch at 8500 mc nab, the lady never called me back, by chance over phone. The guy was professional, empathetic, kind, cool, calm, understanding. NOTHING like the first person at 7600 Mc Nab.

FATIMA RThe only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't informed that paying by credit card would have an $11.99 charge. If I had known that, I would have paid by debit or cash, as the charge seems excessive. If this charge can be corrected, I will go in person today, Monday, and pay in cash. Thanks

VENAIS AThe morning I went to pick up my rental at the location where I had made my reservation - 2150 w sample rd, Pompano Beach Fl, I was told that they didn’t have my rental, that I needed to go to 790 SW 12th ave also in Pompano Beach. When I get there I was told that they had no idea why I had been sent there as they had no available one way truck for me. The gentleman on duty went above and beyond to repair the mishap and sent me to the Value store it 11. The team at Value Store was amazing even as were going through some system issues, they made sure I left there with the truck rental. They were friendly and helpful.

Corby GVery clean office area with friendly staff. Our check in with confirmation number took less than five minutes. Everything regarding vehicle charges was on the bill and clearly explained at the counter. Drop off was as simple as placing the key in the security box after hours. Wonderful experience.

YOEL TThis truck had some issues including very tough ignition hard to start, bad brakes, very difficult to roll down the driver side window, and transmission definitely needed some work. But with these issues it still did its job and I was able to successfully move in a time that I was trying to do. Great job
Adam WEverything was great. Brian handled everything in the office so smoothly. Drop off was equally as smooth, although I didn't get that person's name. When needed, this is my U-Haul rental location.

LAWRENCE EThese movers are horrible. Do not book with them. I repeat. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Worst moving experience of my life. They charge an extra 40 dollars if you have stairs. The broke my dresser and bedside tables. They “left their tool box at home” so they were unable to take my tvs off the wall and pull my bed frame apart. Not to mention they are rude and lack customer service.
