My name is Loudia Osias my number is (954)760-1868 also think twice on the third party storage company’s that rent your Uhaul trucks! Extremely unprofessional! They NEVER EVER ANSWER the business phone!!! Then when you advise them “the black dude with the wavys said “oh well on the receipt our number is on there” no duh sher fucking Loc!! That’s the number I called over 50x! So you know how frustrating it is! The rent , pay for an item that’s not operating correctly?!! I can’t drive the damn truck! The lights not operating!!! So I don’t get compensated for 4+ hours I wasn’t able to use what I paid for! I didn’t get a full 24hrs!!! I’m definitely going to endorse this bill !!!

SCOTT EAlthough the truck was inspected august of 2023, it is in horrible condition mechanically. The front end needs major work as it was all over the road. This needs to be addressed as it is a liability to the company, you cannot rent an unsafe vehicle to customers. At some point I’m time if these concern are not addressed, I haul will be sued.

Mary CImprove the uhaul app, it's horrible; it barely worked when i checked in for the truck.it didn't work at all when i returned the truck so I just took pictures and put the keys in the drop box; good thing the faculty is great and took care of it for me when they get there in the morning.

Joseph RMy experience with the staff was excellent. Very receptive. Went above and beyond with my needs including leaving leeway for either extending my rental if necessary. They even let me borrow a lock for one overnight stay. Complementary water was also a nice touch. My only issue I had was having to use the app to return the truck earlier than I expected. It was a bit tedious however the phone service people did for a nice job in talking me through some unexpected technical issues. Overall a great experience. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation.
