I was charged more than I expected. I used the van for 34 miles but they charged me for 59 miles because they made a wrong calculation using a duplicate odometer. I submitted a claim they never responded.MARIO C.
It makes it too difficult to check in the equipment after hours. Especially when dealing with someone who doesn't have the app, or is not computer savvy. And then you CHARGE them $20.00 if they don't. If you want someone to have incentive to check in equipment online, give them a Credit, instead of penalizing the customer.John S.

This place is one of the best U-Haul location.. it's very clean .The manager A professionally helped me with so much courtesy. He took time to explain everything about the truck. When I brought the truck back Alex , his assistant asked the manager if he could check the truck so I won't have to wait to long. Bravo ( 5 Stars) to the team at Value place.Yves D.

The truck I rented (#27286408) had the headlight by the front passenger not working which made the trip very challenging since I've being driving at night with no light along the way and through fog also. Not a good experience.Federico S.

Based on my recent experience, the overall U-Haul service was excellent. The rental vehicle was fully functional and clean, and the store consultant (Azucena) was outstanding. I definitely recommend U-Haul and this store location to everyone.Romano P.

This location is small. Employees are not very friendly or explain things to you in detail. Was told I could not wait in the lobby instead was sent outside to stand and wait while they came back. To me that's very rude and lack of customer service. Will not be going back to this location.abraham A.

The manager of the store made me go back to gas station to put more gas in the truck even though I've told her that I filled it up and the pump automatically shut off. She told me I've had to pay $10 if I wouldn't go back. I had an 75 year old gentleman with me who has a pacemaker and we wasted almost two hours with that lady. Very rude and humiliating experience, please have one of your managers call me to discuss this very bad experienceHeiko S.

The store and employees were ok, nothing really wrong but nothing great neither. Only problem I do see is I was charged for gas as the associate said the meter read less then was noted, (the survey and gas odometer on the vehicle dash board should be the exact same image of one another as to avoid confusion). Seeing as the gas meter on the van is a circle and read left to right on an arc and the diagram on the vehicle survey is a straight line with what seems to be more fractional spaces. You can see where the conflict might being with what the associate sees and what the customer sees.GILBERTO H.
Please make sure vehicle is rental ready, so that customer does not have to wait for it to be cleaned. I was also offered $20 off for the inconvenience and when I returned it was told "since she had to clean it" she would not do the $20 discount even though I had to sit and wait for it to be cleaned and got off to a late start. The left front turn signal was broken. I was promised that this would be repaired before I left town. I called 3 times over 3 days to remind them that this needed to be fixed. They never called back.STEPHEN C.
This location was great. Unfortunately, when I called to make a reservation at an original location, they didn't tell me that they reserved a U-Haul at this location for me. So I was dropped off at the location where I thought I was to go. They were not very helpful there and I was left without a ride to go get the truck at the above location. Thankfully, they were very accommodating and waited for me, even though it was past closing time.steven B.

The staff was very helpful. I do not understand why i have to pay for insurance since you are supposed to have security cameras and no one without a pass code can get in. The location was hard to find, and the store was not so well maintained. There was no printer so the store owner could not give me the papers for driving the uhaul. This was very risky. Also, the uhaul truck itself was very dirty, not having cleaned up after a previous use. There was used towels, food stuff etc. littering the seats. The steering wheel was also greasy and sticky. The guy was very nice, however its in a very bad part of town. I had planned to leave my car at the orginal rental location, however at the last minute I was told to go to the other location. I had called to see if my car would be safe overnight and the SM said no. I had to pay for a taxi (which cost me $25). The other location would have worked out better for me. Again, the SM (or owner) was very nice, however I would not go back to that location if offered. I will be renting soon and will use a uhaul, so you didn't lose me as a customer.
