some technical issues when tried to check in by mobile.
Diego SThe tires were low. The light wss on when I picked it ip, visually it was fine. There were no other available vans. We're told they arr inspected when they are turned in. It pulled to the right the entire drive. When I turned in thr van, we walked outside. The same light wss on. She checked the tire pressure, it read 75, 75, 50 the last was too low to read. I complained, the lady Yar... can't remember her name, ssid she had checked it in and didn't see thr light before then. She ssid there wss nothing she could do for me. I would not recommend this location that does not stand behind their rentals.
PATTI RThis location was less busy than the main UHaul location on 163rd Street. Still it helps to have your information pre-booked if possible. This location only had a single employee handling the operation, and that could mean a slight wait.
Jack KThe van I got didn't lock. The whole point of the van was a locking storage space while my house was being fumigated. This caused me to do extra work to secure my things. Dodge promaster was a POS!
