Rewrite the quote software so it shows correct charges. When completing the quote, it showed I would be charged $0.12 per km. when actually I was charged $0.20 per km. This page had mixed currencies. The daily charge was CDA currency but charge per km directly below, apparently is USA currency though not noted.Kenneth N.

Customers need to be alerted to creating an account in order to check-in especially when the App is not downloaded or accessible. Very important to have staff at location become more aware of the limitations of the truck on site regarding after hours pick-up if possible.JULIE S.

The truck I rented had a crack in the windshield. The dolly was not hooked up as it should be and there were blankets out of the packaging. There was water on the upper storage deck from damage in the truck. Other than that it was very useful. I would like to add that the attendant Debbie was very helpful, friendly and offered great service. I understand Debbie was off the previous day and was not responsible for the condition of the truck. Thank you for having moving trucks on hand.Roxanne M.
No real explanation or services. Was billed for wrong amount of gas. Not explained about billing and charges. Asked for safe move, found out it wasnt applied. Just awful....just really awfulAaron D.

The person at pick up was not able to select this location for drop off and told me to call in to arrange it. Called in and they didn't want to allow the drop off that was already agreed to. Then they gave it to me and I got a call the next day about dropping off at the wrong location even though that was what was on the system. Then I got an email that the truck was not returned (the location had not processed the return). This was a terrible experience all around. This is all a scheduling issue and not related to the dealer location themselves.Jody B.
Provide a clean truck. Inside the cab was dirty cigarette butts on the floor and spilled/ sticky fluids where on the center console. The back of the truck had garbage and debris in it resulting in me having to clean it twice, once before use and once afternathan H.

The UHAUL website gave inaccurate rate information and my bill was greater than expected. Vaultra tried to remedy the matter with UHAUL, without success. I'm pleased with Vaultra, but have contacted the Competition Bureau of Canada regarding UHAUL.Bob C.
Athough called in, reserved, gave my credit card number and received confirmation email for the equipment in advance, had to wait for 45 min for pick up. The computer at vendors end was showing that I have no credit card in record. Manager of the facility called a supervisor and she told me I have to pay cash as the system malfunctioned and she cannot do anything it being weekend!!! Finally someone intervened and resolved the issue. After 45 min!!! The equipment reacked of something very foul from the last renter. Whoever quality inspected the equipment before renting out again needs to be retrained? The whole experience was a nightmare. Most disappointing for any level, specially Uhaul.seemab R.
