The gentleman who assisted my dad and i with the 20' van was super friendly and helpful. My had worked with him previously and was also impressed with this man's work.Craig M.
Gentleman at this location was rude, verging on condescending. Truck box was not swept out before it was returned to this location, and the man I dealt with didn't seem to think this was a big deal (although he did sweep it out somewhat with a little hand broom). As a customer, if I am going to spend $500 to rent a truck and blankets using mobile pick-up, I don't feel it is going above and beyond to expect that the blankets are already in the truck ready to go. That is not the case at this location, quite the opposite. The blankets are in the building and when I asked if he was putting them in the truck I was told "Do you see what it says on the truck? It says U-Haul. It is self service and you haul your own things." This is unacceptable customer service, and in the future I will go out of my way to not use this location for U-Haul rentals, much less anything else.Jessica T.

Location is apart of a gas station. So needing assistance outside of picking up equipment customers won't receive it. In my original reservation I requested assistance loading my car. When I mentioned that he gentleman just said there were no notes, and didn't offer assistance. I had to drive to a different location. One at the new location the car dolly wasn't fully secured. This location should be required to have additional staff to handle just U Haul customers.TARA C.

When my mobile app would not respond to the request to take the picture of the instrument panel to verify the mileage, I went inside to ask the desk agent to assist me in finishing my rental. He was unable to help me, either because he didn't have the proper knowledge or desire. I do not know which. I had to wait for 3+ hours until I received notice that my rental was finally finished and I got my receipt showing $0 owed in my email.Timothy F.

One of the rear lamp was burned out but the most important lights worked. This is a nice trailer and it worked great for hauling a car. The swing down left fender was a nice touch.Marc W.
When i made the actual reservation i was brought to a different place and they did not actually have the equipment!! I had the email and text saying i choose the 5-9" trailer with ramp and yea dis not have it. So the hotel 6 rep was nice to cancel the order and redo it all for me.Aaron H.

The manager was not friendly, tried to find every reason to charge more, did not have the required equipment we requested, trailer lights were not working and tried blaming our vehicle but his trailer had spliced wires together. Just not a good experience with them. I would definitely never go to that location again.Thomas G.

Close all small dealers. THE SUPPORT YOUR COMPANY HAS IS HORRIBLE. I HAD A LIGHTING ISSUE AND BOTH THE LOCAL DEALER AND I TRIED TO REACH PEOPLE IN A NEARBY LARGER DEALER. COULDN'T GET THROUGH. I FINALLY GOT A PERSON I THOUGHT WAS AN EMPLOYEE AT THE LARGER DEALER AND HE TOLD ME SOMEONE COULD LOOK AT MY TRUCK WIRING AND TO BRING IT ON IT. HE OUTRIGHT LIED TO ME. IT WAS A CALL CENTER PERSON WHO PRETENDED THAT HE WAS LOCAL. WHEN I ARRIVED, THERE WAS NO SUCH PERSON NOR WAS THERE ANYONE THERE WHO COULD DEAL WITH MY PROBLEM. The trailer was in good physical shape. However, the prior renter had spilled oil or some other sticky substance on the floor of the trailer. We used some paper towels and soap to clean it up. It was an inconvenience, but we got along fine after that.Mark R.

I noticed the gas tank was on empty when I got onto the highway and was shocked that a rental would be allowed to leave with such little gasROBERT T.
I was told that I was returning the rental late even though I was returning it a day early. He told me he would take care of it. I checked my email and there is a recipe for another day worth of charges. When I called I was told it would drop off my card. My card should not have been charged again anyway!! Poor customer service. More worried about his lunch than the customer!!!Justin E.
