Service at location was terrible/ took almost an hour to get the truck was never told about a deposit/ was NOT given items paid for - cloth pads and dolly. Then the uhaul link / app for pictures didn’t work fully either time! Couldn’t use my $20 gift certificate i was given to use.Most horrendous experience i’ve ever had!
