This has been a very awful experience. I was asked to switch locations, I’d be given a $20 credit off my rental. I’ve called 5 times and nobody is able to help me. I was told to wait and somebody will call me back, after waiting 2 days no one has contacted me. I was forced to dispute these charges with my bank. Nobody should have to deal with this. Don’t come here.

MICHEL FI rented a van from U-Haul at this location because I’m new in town, and the experience was terrible. The advertised price was $19.99, but they never clearly explained all the extra charges. I ended up getting charged for mileage at $1.19 per mile, plus additional fees and time charges. By the end of a two-hour rental, my total was close to $100, which is completely unreasonable and very misleading. On top of that, the employee working there didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He acted more like a muscle man than someone who understood customer service or the rental process. Overall, this was a frustrating and overpriced experience. I would never recommend this location to anyone. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 1.
