How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe appliance dolly we reserved was not included in the truck and the site was closed on Sunday so no way to get this corrected. Had to call customer service the next day to get a refund for the dolly.
NAncy DVery pleasant experience.
Mike SThis has been a very awful experience. I was asked to switch locations, I’d be given a $20 credit off my rental. I’ve called 5 times and nobody is able to help me. I was told to wait and somebody will call me back, after waiting 2 days no one has contacted me. I was forced to dispute these charges with my bank. Nobody should have to deal with this. Don’t come here.
Tahj AThe agent was very professional and helpful!
