The rep failed to explain the difference between one way and daiky rate. He confirmed during our conversation that any mileage that I did r use out of the 30 I was charged would be refunded to me. I also received the contract, the verbiage stated me fee included a deposit. Again that wasn’t disclosed and he wasn’t clear about that. When I returned to ask he was unsure, I was promised a call back and have yet to receive one.

Schunita DThe app did not work. Fortunately the gentleman in the gas station was able to call someone but I had to give tons of information which I think could have been avoided if the app worked. Also, I ordered 12 furniture pads and got none. I also requested a furniture dollie and a utility dollie but instead got two utility Dollie’s. Because the location was not open, I was not able to get this resolved.
susan mThe truck was not swept clean. But based on the circumstances, the truck itself was in acceptable shape. Additionally, I used the truck to travel daytime in the sun to warm Florida with no air conditioning and the truck interior exerting extra heat. For the amount of money I paid, I am left with the impression that I was totally taken advantage of. Even though the location's manager behaved professionally throughout the whole renting process, that would be a drop in the bucket compared to the overall deception by the UHaul company. (4 canceled truck/car transporter bookings, plus my trip to Florida delayed by 2 days). I'll look elsewhere the next time around.
