The truck was not swept clean. But based on the circumstances, the truck itself was in acceptable shape. Additionally, I used the truck to travel daytime in the sun to warm Florida with no air conditioning and the truck interior exerting extra heat. For the amount of money I paid, I am left with the impression that I was totally taken advantage of. Even though the location's manager behaved professionally throughout the whole renting process, that would be a drop in the bucket compared to the overall deception by the UHaul company. (4 canceled truck/car transporter bookings, plus my trip to Florida delayed by 2 days). I'll look elsewhere the next time around.
