.My contract was set up as a customer face to face pickup yet there was no one at the site who could help me. It took me three hours to get it straight. No one at U-Haul picked up from customer service for 90 minutes. I had to call and say I had crashed the truck to get anyone from U-Haul. Although once I had a service representative they were very helpful Won't rent again

When I dropped off truck, the representative stated there was a section of the front bumper that showed damage that wasn't marked. Therefore I was charged $365. I in no way damaged the truck. Unacceptable. I will be disputing the charges.

Suzanne B.The location owner showed up late, told me to use my rental contract as registration and insurance if I get stopped, and didn't properly fill out the contract due to incompetence. This resulted in a phone call from his boss telling me I cannot just drive off with the truck. The location owner also took a picture of my license using his personal facebook messenger account, as he was unable to figure out another way to upload a photo of my license. This is unacceptable.
