The trucks are off-site causing a bit of a time delay, and the truck could easily have been cleaner in the cab. But, all-in-all the truck worked fine for us and we would rent from the same location in the future.

When they uhaul called me they told me that it was onlt 20 miles away and it was actually 42 miles. Branson had many locations which was less that 10 miles away but they sent me to arkansas.

Reserved a truck the day before. Went to pick it up, and no one was there that knew how to do it. I ended up calling uhaul, and a lady did it over the phone. 2 days later, they charged me close to 50$, trying to say we didn't put enough gas in. We took pics of the dash before the trip and after, sent them in. Still waiting to see what will come of it. Terrible way to do business!!!

We reserved a truck and car hauler weeks in advance but still had to drive 30 miles out of our way to pick them up, waited over an hour for someone qualified to do rentals,. then 30 miles back before we could ever start loading for our move. The customer service rep. very rude and disrespectful.

Either have someone there to tell me which trailer to take or at least tell me a trailer number and let me know that no one is going to be there. If my daughter or someone would have shown up and not known how to connect the trailer it could have been a disastrous accident waiting to happen. Who knows what family or kids may have been killed. Also the trailer fenders were bent to the point that I could not stick my little finger between the tire and fender. I was afraid that the tire was going to rub every bump I hit and blow out.

We did not request this location as a pick up location. It was 45mins one way out of our way. Very disappointed in having to do this. Also the location was very messy.

The U-Haul smelled terribly of smoke and was stuck in the mud when we went to pick it up. We had to go back and find someone at the main store to come and pull it out of the mud and then we lost time packing it up and getting it back on time. In order to get it back on time we had to pack it overnight and unpack it in the morning and take it straight back to the nearest U-Haul site.

The personnel was very helpful. The trailer we rented leaked and ruined a mattress.

Need to have a better customer help service and have the operators not have another business that prevents the renters from having to get and connect up the trailers by themselves that were at a different location than the rental office. Witch caused the customers to have to connect up the trailers by themselves, which could cause a health problem for them due to their age and physical condition.
