The vehicle wasn’t clean, fuel was empty. Sometimes people want a full gas vehicle to just get to moving and worrying about gas later. The vehicle didn’t have any lights on indicating any problems but it seemed like it barely functioned/operated. Made too much noise when accelerating.. Can run smoother. As far as the person and or business renting out the vehicles was good. I was late 25mins-30mins from my scheduled p/u time. He wasn’t at the location told me to wait an hour but it ended up being 2hrs later to p/u vehicle, had to wait until he got there.
