They were not on site. I called and the person, Jess, said to drop the keys and contract in the drop box and they would make sure I had the correct time entered duct I was on time and I did not need to do any further check in on my phone. I dropped the keys in the drop box but was charged for an extra day because they entered the drop later in the day and now I'm charged for there lies and bad business tactics. I would but recommend U-Haul until this is fixed and should have utilized another company .KAREEM W.

It seemed strange when I arrived to pick up the truck, the facility was locked down. No one was allowed in. If you want to require mask is fin but no need to lock down. I had to call from out side the building to do business.John O.
I rented a 12 foot box trailer. And it did not come with a jack to lift it off my truck would be able to store it. And honestly it was heavy and it got even heavier after it was loaded. It would be very wise to install Jax and lifts on these trailersJAMES G.

They had the truck and trailer but not the appliance dolly or enough blankets. Had to go to another store to pick up. They provided no help to connect the trailer.Robert L.

The computer system used by U-Haul is pathetic. I was delayed by 45 minutes because the system would not allow manual entries. The person there (Kimberly) was great, but she had to talk to the district manager to get an answer for our problem. Where are your troubleshooting manuals? Training manuals? Very disappointed in your system.Bruce I.
