LAMONTE RThis location has the worst staff and service. The location opens at 10:00 but no one was in the office until 10:23 and i was not allowed into the office until 10:28. When I went to drop my truck off at 3:30, there was no one in the office until 4:30 and there was no drop box by the door as the app had instructed me to use the non existed drop box. After waiting outside for an hour in 40°, an employee finally opened the office and was incredibly rude to me for being frustrated about the wait. the staff went as far as to be rude not just about the service, but about my personality and the way i speak. i will never be returning to this location again and i will be demanding a refund for the incredible t and pain this location caused me.
Sarah BSlow service. The system wasn’t working apparently and the gentleman working the desk wasn’t very communicative. It was an awkward extra 10-15 minutes while he reached out to someone else to assist. Cargo van was in poor condition - it felt like it wouldn’t start every time I turned the key. It was awkward and uncomfortable from start to finish.

VICKI KRude employee. No one was there to take the keys when I returned the vehicle. I had to wait outside in the hot sun for over 30 min just to hand the keys to someone and then I was charged double because the keys weren't checked in until hours later. I was able to receive a refund for the extra charge but it was a very frustrating experience overall.
Mia BThe worker was extremely hostile and dismissive. He saw me through the window waiting at 11am to unlock the door (they open at 10), didn’t open it so I had to call. After unlocking the door, he just did not say anything for > 5 min while angrily typing. Just quit your job if you hate it that much.
