I have no problem with this location. My problem is with UHAUL, Movinghelp.com and Safeload Ins. They all work together and rip people off. UHAUL changed my pickup location numerous times by TXT from the time I ordered until the time I picked up the rental. The amount of time I spent on the phone after receiving these txt was ridiculous. If I had know that the Uhaul I needed wasn't available where and when I needed it I would have scheduled the move a different day. I already had moving labor line up. I hire 2 different companies from movinghelp.com. Both very dishonest companies. No support from UHaul. UHaul's response when I reached out: "moving help.com is a neutral venue and each service provider is an independent laborer responsible for their own customer satisfaction." In May 2026, I hired moving labor from MovingForts of Ft.Wayne, Indiana and dealt with Bryson. I had several items damaged during the move. I spoke to Bryson several times during the move with my complaints of the movers labor sitting in their car smoking and I discussed damages that I witnessed. When I filed a Safeload insurance claim conveniently Bryson of, Moving Forts, has no memory of the move. The photos of items bent, scratched, stained, torn doesn't matter to Safeload. I witnessed my washer and dryer being bounced down 8 steps and then bounced across 18 ft landscaping stone sidewalk. I witnessed the movers when they were pulling, pushing, twisting a chaise lounge trying to get it separated from the rest of the Lazyboy sofa. I have video evidence from my security camera many things. I do not however have video and photos of the internal workings of my washer or Lazyboy prior to the move so Safeload insurance is not going to cover a thing. Getting my storage unit unloaded and items moved in to my new home I hired moving labor from Garrett's Moving of 420 N Baxter St. Lima, Ohio 45801. I've tried numerous times to contact them about discrepancies in the amount of my charges. Conveniently, Keaton, Melissa and Zachary don't answer the phone and have no voice mail set up. Check out the business location on google maps. It should tell you what you need to know. The moving labor you get from movinghelp.com is not from reputable companies that can make it on their own. Uhaul advertises them because as soon as soon as you hire them and then release the payment code Uhaul collects 15% of then charges right off the top. I'm sure UHaul also gets a cut from every payment made to SafeLoad Insurance. That's all UHAUL cares about !

On 04/15/2026 I rented the same size equipment from North Webster IN and paid .99 Cents per mile with a Safe Move of $15 fee. I understand rates increase but on 10/02/2026, I paid $1.39 per mile and a Safe Move fee of $60 dollars. Uhaul told me on 10/01/2026 there were no Trucks available, after pre-booking. I had to add approximately 50 miles onto my normal trip to aquire a Uhaul truck in Goshen, rather than in N Webster. I rent the same size equipment 3 times per year, to transport my boat to MI and back to IN. I am thankful to have used Uhaul as always, but shocked at the increased fees. Thanks for listening. S. My only complaint is that booking online was difficult. I kept getting calls to move my reservation to different locations. When I went into the location, they were very helpful and got me exactly what I needed. The problem with online is that you can't see where the other reservations are, so I was overlapping with somebody by one hour. By going in, they were able to see that and have me drop off one hour early.

I spent a half hour trying to get the key. App said key in box 6. There was only one box. You should let customers know that the key is in the back of the truck and the lock 🔐 is on the back door. I was going to leave the key in the back of the truck and tell the to go look for box 6 but I don't like wasting people's time like you waisted mine.

Dwight was friendly helpful. No queue. The Ford van was great, nearly new. Very convenient location for me. No extended hours, but this wasn't a problem for me.

The cab of the truck smelled of cigarette smoke and you could see on the cup holder area where the cigarettes had been put out. Also there were no pads for wrapping furniture available.

New Paris did not have the equipment so I had to go to Goshen. Please get more equipment to New Paris

We've only dropped off here, and after hours so haven't met anyone. But the directions for returns are clear and easy to follow. It was a very convenient locations for us.

This 10 foot U-Haul that I used when I picked up was dirty inside and outside I hand washed the outside, cleaned the inside, cleaned all the windows inside and how and when I returned it and told the person what I did didn’t thank me I would’ve thought they would’ve at least gave me credit on my bill for something, but that didn’t happen.

This location closed an hour before we dropped off the truck. We dropped off the truck around 6:30 in the evening on the same day we picked it up. Therefore I have no idea what the facility or the Personnel are like

The heater did not work inside the truck and the blankets had a very strong odor. The staff was very friendly and the location was great. Ease of pickup and delivery was great . Overall I would rate it a 3.5 out of 5.

Everything was really smoth and easy! Did Everything online. The only issue we had was getting the lock off the back to access the key to the truck. Instructions for pickup and taking back were very thorough and simple to follow.
