On line service was horrible. My reservations was not in the system and I had a reservation number. Took me over an hour with various calls to your customer service people which never got resolved. The person at VIP Audio opened the store and she took care of everything. She was great on line service was terrible.

What a pleasant staff, very helpful and just made things go smoothly. Not sure what the other people are complaining about but I would recommend VIP Audio for any and all Uhaul rentals.

This was not an Express Checkin as listed. After trying for 20 mins I called in and spoke to a rep to help me. Got transferred multiple times. Then had to be transferred again to have to call be disconnected. Called back and rather same thing. Then the gas and mileage was wrong. Used the truck for less than 2 hours with 10 miles. When dropping it off say that if I continued to submit the return my bill would be over 4K. Had to call one more time. Next time I’ll definitely go into the store....NO MORE EXPRESS RENTAL FOR ME

I picked up the Uhaul with 1/4 tank of gas and dropped it off with more than 1/4 and was still charged an extra $26. The online contract stated it was at 3/8 on pickup which is not true. I have pictures. Also I reserved a 15ft truck and they manually switched my reservation without notifying me. I was forced to drive a 26 ft truck for 5 hours to my destination which was terrible. With only 1 couch. Debating whether to leave a review because I’m used to good service with Uhaul, this was a surprise.

My reservation was one that was booked over a week in advance. I had called prior to that before reserving as well. Upon reservation I made aware the importance of having this reservation for a 15' truck be seamless as I am in another state. I called the morning of our scheduled date and was assured all was in order. To my disappointment I was told that the 15' truck had a significant flat tire. My clients were told they could not be helped. They were offered a smaller truck which would've never done the job or a very large, twice the size truck which would've been unnecessary and hard for my client to drive. I cannot believe that vehicles are not checked and addressed prior to a reservation. Knowing that you are leaving a customer to fend for themselves for a flat. I would think a courteous air pump would help on the property.

Great. Experience. I decided to try the mobile app out to pick up and drop off. I was unsure of how to use the app but the woman bwhind the counter was very friendly and helped to guide me through the app for the first time. Dropping off was easy using the mobile app. Took a few pictures and dropped off the keys. Great experience!

If the AC is finicky, it would be nice if the customer were told how to make it work before he left, rather than after he turned it in. It took ten minutes before I could find someone to help me when I came in to pick up the truck.

The staff was excellent. They bent over backwards to find me a truck on short notice during a very busy weekend. The customer service was way beyond what is normally encountered. It is hard to be fair on the clean issue. It appeared to me that someone, had climbed into the back of the truck for shelter during the horrible thunderstorm we had the night before and left their soaking wet sweatshirt and a fast-food bag in the back. Everything else was clean. I was pressed for time and we did not check the back of the truck before I drove off. I told the staff in response to questioning and they were upset with themselves (in my opinion without cause), and insisted on making good.

Worst service ever. Was there for a 10 15 appt and finally got out of there at 12 15 Would nit go there ever again

Well where to start, I made a reservation online only to find nothing there. I clicked on the truck icon and it said missing equipment, which then prompted me to a number. When I call the it rings till I get a message saying the person on the phone is off till Tuesday. Then I called customer support and waited for 20 minutes with no answer. So I had to drive to multiple locations. I wound up at this place and had to purchase a larger truck because the one I reserved wasn’t at the other location. This place was strange and the woman behind the counter didn’t seem like she wanted to help. When I asked if she was going to walk out and do an inspection, she replied “We know what are trucks look like”. This is the only time someone didn’t walkout to the truck and do an inspection. Also this is the only time making a reservation online didn’t work. It was a hard day and U-Haul is the reason. I just went to this place out of desperation.

I was charged a cleaning feel of $25 and I brought the truck back the same way it was when I picked it up and the duck did not drive well. The representative at the store also did not fully explain the billing. This was a ripp-off and I will never rent from Uhaul again!!
