The lady was rude to my mother when checking it in for me after I slipped off the U-Haul and ended up in the back of an ambulance and then my mom forgot to put gas in it and I don’t blame my mom because I was gonna do it and knew I had to but as I was in pain with a broken foot now I didn’t tell my mom and my mom was just worried about me and taking care or my babies while I was taken to the hospital as well. To top it off I was supposed to have my reservation at the Twain and Fort Apache location as it’s closer to the freeway but they moved my reservation after they left a voicemail saying if you can do the Sahara location our new location to get people over there call them back well I didn’t as it didn’t work for me and was out of my way and I can. I talk to someone at the reservation place I originally made it at and they said they put in the notes they will put in mileage credit since it’s way out of my way. The lady didn’t want to go check the truck with my mom she told her no and she said she would check the truck in within an hour she is busy she was cutting hair. I never seen a U-Haul place at a hair salon but with her attitude and service and towards me when o got the keys I will never go back to that location. No wonder she didn’t have that many people in there. She needs to work on her customer service. Unacceptable do better U-Haul pick better partners especially ones that won’t make you look bad!!!

The mobile pickup and dropoff process went smoothly. Super easy. Truck was clean. Large lot and had a key drop box.Would use this service at this location again. :)

The location got changed on me because of there not being a truck available at the first location. U-haul called in time to notify me so I could make the Adjustments. I was also behind on loading the truck, again U-Haul called with time and no pressure do I need the truck longer? I responded I would and Glad they did as I lost track of time and would have been late on return. Thanks for helping with that. She was able to extend for another day and did it so I could keep working Thanks again The only thing that I did more so on my part is that I did not realize the 10" box truck did not have a ramp. But I was to have help and it was able to work through that.

I was sent to an alternate location other than the one I selected due to a system issue one u-hauls end. The location was inside a beauty salon and the check in process was extremely disorganized

I don't have any problem with the location, I mainly have problems with the uhaul app. It's terrible. It constantly crashes. It took me 30 minutes to exit the premises with the truck because the app just kept crashing and failed to save what I entered. I was finally able to complete the process of checking out the truck by using my wife's phone. But when I returned the truck the app started crashing on my wife's phone also. I was not able to complete the final process of taking pictures of the condition of truck because the app crashed and would not let me back to the page to upload pictures. We're using Android based phones (Galaxy s24 and S25)
