Missing equipment, gas tank almost empty at pickup, had to bring to a shop for repairs, and changed original pickup date. Overall terrible experience.

Victor AThe lady was rude to my mother when checking it in for me after I slipped off the U-Haul and ended up in the back of an ambulance and then my mom forgot to put gas in it and I don’t blame my mom because I was gonna do it and knew I had to but as I was in pain with a broken foot now I didn’t tell my mom and my mom was just worried about me and taking care or my babies while I was taken to the hospital as well. To top it off I was supposed to have my reservation at the Twain and Fort Apache location as it’s closer to the freeway but they moved my reservation after they left a voicemail saying if you can do the Sahara location our new location to get people over there call them back well I didn’t as it didn’t work for me and was out of my way and I can. I talk to someone at the reservation place I originally made it at and they said they put in the notes they will put in mileage credit since it’s way out of my way. The lady didn’t want to go check the truck with my mom she told her no and she said she would check the truck in within an hour she is busy she was cutting hair. I never seen a U-Haul place at a hair salon but with her attitude and service and towards me when o got the keys I will never go back to that location. No wonder she didn’t have that many people in there. She needs to work on her customer service. Unacceptable do better U-Haul pick better partners especially ones that won’t make you look bad!!!
