I booked my rental online. The company did not send me a contract detailing the time I was supposed to bring the truck back. I only received the receipt and it said to have it back on August 1, 2021. I made sure the truck was returned on August 1, 2021. The company charged me for returning the truck on August 2, 2021. The company logged that I had returned the truck at 8:46 pm. I called the company local number to try to get the problem cleared up. The lady at the branch acknowledged that I had not received a contact notifying me of the return time. But she stated she could not correct it but would transfer me to customer service who would â€œmake a judgment call.â€ She transferred me to customer service where I was on hold for 1.5 hours before the phone hung up without anyone speaking to me. My line was left open. This was the worst experience I've ever had with UHAUL and I do not plan to ever use its services again.Michael M.

I don't like the idea that. Once you pick up there why can't you take the equipment that you're renting out of town, why do you have to use the equipment just in that town?Cheryl W.

Your rates could be lower when only using in town. Paying some much per mile is a bit extreme. Other than that, great experience.DERRICK T.

The enclosed trailer I rented was not clean. The floor was very greasy, nasty and smelled. I stayed inside while the man was getting it hooked up on my cousins truck. When I got to the house I had to mop the floor trying to get the filth and grease up so I could put my furniture in. I was not happy about the trailer being nasty and losing an hour of moving time.Teresa B.

The set up and pick up were both easy and accommodating. I was also able to get food and drinks. As breakfast and lunch were missed for travel, loading and unloading. The food and service were good. Thanks u-haul.thomas W.

I had my reservation changed to be picked up over an hour away from where I booked. Then had to call and change to a smaller truck Because that was the only thing available in Greenville ms. Once I arrived to pick up the truck it took over 45 minutes to pick it up. I was the only one there he was not even busy. Overall very poor experience with uhaul next time I will be using Penskenick S.

It was not obvious in anything that I saw, online, on paper, or in person, about not being able to drop off trailers 24/7. The keyword is obvious. This should be something in a pop-up window when reserving a trailer online. I was on a critical schedule and needed to depart Greenville prior to any of the two drop-off locations opened for business. My elderly parents had to drop of the tow trailer for me.Randall D.

Inform the customer of your locations that they are interested in for pickup. I was not expecting to pickup at this location it inconvenienced me with what I had planned, however Mr. Virgil was extremely professional and down to earth truly appreciated that.Betina W.
It took me an hour to pick up a car dolly when it should have taken 10 minutes. My reservation was completely incorrect because a gentlemen that manages the Mississippi branches tried to change it due to the original location having had their car dolly stolen the night before and then they didn't update their inventory, so it allowed my reservation to go through. So the guy in Greenville had to go in and create a new reservation but his computer was so slow that I could have done it within minutes on my phone, but he wouldn't let me do it and insisted he must make the change. The guy over the branches in MS called me from a Tupelo number and assured me that everything would be good when I got to Greenville, but it wasn't, I felt really slighted and like they had told me what I wanted to hear just to get a sale. It was a complete mess and ruined my evening as I was traveling with my 5 year old daughter and we were scheduled to meet my 70 year old father in Duncan to pick up a car and then tow it 2.5 hours away. Needless to say we were late, everyone was upset, and we all didn't get to bed until after midnight. This type of experience makes me question the quality of uhaul locations in little towns. It really makes me want to avoid using uhaul at all unless I am in a bigger city where they have reliable internet connections and better overall processes. I hope that uhaul in Mississippi gets their act together because this type of experience doesn't speak well at all for the business as there were multiple breakdowns in process and customer service suffered because of it. This is what kills businesses and makes people buy their own trailers to avoid these types of interactions.WILLIAM J.

It wasn't my fault that his truck was bigger than I originally needed, so he could've informed me that I would have to pay more and I would've found another location to rent the truck from.angel W.
