Non substantial improvements needed. Office was a little untidy, but the rental truck was first rate.

Left headphones in truck and place is always closed so how am I to get them ?

LEVI F1st reservation…Rented a truck for two days. Ended up turning the truck back in not even two hours later due to not being able to get a storage. I was still charged for two whole days when I didn’t even drive more than 10 miles. 2nd reservation, opted out of insurance and was still charged for it. Was given the wrong key to a truck and the representative had already left the premises. Another person at the business had to find the key for me which was still in the drop box from a previous reservation.
