The designated area for trailer return was not well thought out or organized. It was difficult, for a person not accustomed to backing up trailers, to maneuver it safely into location without causing damage to the trailer, my truck, or other equipment already parked.Robert S.

Return process was a little complicated via cell phone since the location was closed during truck rental return (Sunday). Probably a lot easier on a laptop or PC but I didn't have access within the required distance from the truck for satellite confirmation. Technology is good but I wasn't in any mood to mess around after having worked all day moving.Allen H.

Had reservation to pick up truck at 260 auto in Payson AZ at 1200. When went to pick up, truck was not available. We wasted all day when we could have been loading 3.5 hours each way travel to Alpine AZ to pick up truck.No advance notice truck wouldn't be available, extremely disappointed!DAN E.
