Back of the truck had dirt all over like someone moved flower pots and didn’t bother to sweep after. The engine died 3 different times when backing up. I only needed the truck for a couple hours but overall displeased with the experience. Def wasn’t worth no $87 after I put $27 into it on gas. Shouldn’t have costed more than $40.

Customer service was great. Sorry I don't remember the gentleman's name. Very helpful with the paperwork and the taking of pics with my phone. Just a comment on what seems to be the overuse of apps. It might be my age catching up with me but not a fan.

Great place to do business!!! The truck size we had originally rented was not returned, so they sent us to Chris Estrada's to get a different U-haul. He took care if us and got us on our way. We'll definitely do business here again.

The owner/operator personally went to great lengths to ensure the equipment was present at the requested pickup location. Very pleased with the service. My only complaint is the inflated summer rate which has nothing to do with the location itself.

The customer service we received from Chris was excellent however the trailer I rented was not. It seemed like the trailer brakes were partially working all the time pulling back against my truck effectively killing any decent mileage whatsoever!

Personnel just said to leave truck and keys and nothing else was needed, so not sure how helpful/unhelpful it was. This is the location I had called according to the paperwork when I asked about changing the drop off to the closer location.

The tow dolly straps were in poor condition with tears that didn’t seem like they would secure the car safely for transport. I didn’t notice this until I had to load the vehicle for transportation, by then I already had to take the trip the next day for my move so returning the equipment was not an option.

Since it was after hours when I arrived I started backing up the trailer into a parking stall. As I was doing so, the onsite manager came out and called me over to park behind the locked gate which was much easierto do as all I had to do was pull straight forward.

The only complaint I have is we rent the auto transport for 4 days thinking there was bad weather and the trip would be slow, only had it for 2 days and was told I wouldn't be refunded for the 2 days we didn't use, I will be calling the corporate office to demand a refund for them 2 days

Our Uhaul agent Chris Estrada went above and beyond for me and my husband. We had some kind of electrical issue with the ignition which delayed us significantly. I called Chris and he responded immediately. He called his immediate upper management and arranged another day for us, which was extremely helpful, as we had a long drive over a big mountain pass, and with the issue we had, had put us significantly behind. Chris immediately called me back, literally within minutes, and gave us an extra day to complete our trip, unload and return the truck. This help was extremely helpful and made our trip less stressful and safer. I cannot recommend using Chris Estrada enough for all Uhaul needs, and storage facility too. We were moving out of the area, but if we weren’t, we would have immediately rented a storage unit from him as well. The kindness and professionalism of Chris is practically unheard of today. We genuinely recommend any of his services, and have told our local friends and family how fantastic he was to work with. We are not being compensated nor asked to give a good review for future services. This review is truly from our heart. Thank you Chris and Uhaul for making a very stressful time manageable. Next time we are in the area we plan on stopping in to say hello and thank him in person. Sincerely, and David

Had my pontoon boat in storage here very secured have to go to two gates to get to the boat the manager of the storage place very friendly and hard-working man five stars. If I store my boat again I will go there again.

I moved out because my unit was broken into. Which happened because they changed management and the new manager had stopped locking the doors at night. He also told me they don’t have security cameras for each building. Ultimately, this storage place is unsafe and negligent.

They raised the prices without any notice and that’s what made me want to cancel. But there were tons of spider webs and bugs in the unit. When I tried to cancel he misplaced my cancellation notice and still charged me the full amount. Doesn’t answer the phone when I call, so we’ll end up playing phone tag. Just let me cancel the unit that’s been empty…

We stored our RV for a few months at Vista Park Mini storage. They were the only storage that had availability in the area. The owner was swift in communication & assuring in security. The grounds were clean, access hours were of no concern. It’s said to be ‘strict’ but I took that as more safe & secure. 10/10 recommend!
