When I tried to cancel he misplaced my cancellation notice and still charged me the full amount. Doesn’t answer the phone when I call, so we’ll end up playing phone tag. Just let me cancel the unit that’s been empty…

The owner was swift in communication & assuring in security. The grounds were clean, access hours were of no concern. It’s said to be ‘strict’ but I took that as more safe & secure. 10/10 recommend!
