The guys there were nice, but I had a friend who was using the truck to move apartments and he was having issues with the truck, well he had called the guys to come pick up the U-Haul truck and then I was charged an extra $103, I called to find out why and they said they found cigarette ash in the truck and something else in the back or something and the gas wasn’t filled back up. Now my friend who had the guys pick up the truck told me that nobody smoked in the truck and he had no idea what the guys were talking about with whatever else they found in or with the truck. My friend said he was having issues with the trucking pulling to the side and the company that rented the truck to me stated the truck was fine, now I’m not sure who exactly to believe about most of it, the gas issue I do understand because there wasn’t an opportunity to fill it back up with the issues that were being claimed by my friend. So I’m not sure who’s lying, who’s telling the truth, because when I picked up the truck the truck was in perfect order, everything was clean, everything worked fine, but I don’t like being charged an extra $100 without being contacted to detail what happened before the charge. Like I said I don’t know who to believe so that’s why I’m not just ripping on the guys I rented from, because they were pretty chill overall, I don’t hate them, I don’t necessarily feel I was ripped off, but I do wish I was contacted prior to the extra charge to fully explain to me what happened. That’s why I chose I wouldn’t recommend to a friend, but I also gave them 3 stars because I don’t want to trash them, but yeah I wish there was better communication. I do understand I had to put in to rent an extra day for the truck and I did pay for that up front, but the $103 I got surprised with was rather frustrating.

Lisa BA large dried spill inside the trailer, i needed to clean before placing my items in the trailer. The guy checking me out was very helpful. My brothers had rented trailers also, but at the 38th street location, they forgot to rent moving pads, I rented two bags of them and explained to the clerk that one bag would be returned in Texarkana and my brother would return the other bag in Cookeville TN, he stated "that will be fine, as long as they ALL get turned in" , turns out that wasn't true, when I turned in my half I was charged for the ones my brother turns in.
