The van smelled so bad of cigarettes and body odor it was nauseating. Even the office was like walking into a cigarette factory. The U-Haul had exposed wiring, other people garbage, and saw dust or wood splinters all over the seat.

Bruce B.This is a very friendly and convenient Uhaul location. They have plenty of trucks on sight. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the heavy smoke in the office. I have had covid twice and my lung capacity is not 100% yet. I had trouble breathing while inside. I had to step outside while the gentleman checked me in. He advised me the owner refuses to stop smoking inside. You might not care about your health but you should consider others that do. Other than the smoking this is a good location to get your Uhaul and it has a gas station on site to fuel your Uhaul.

macon T.to the agency that I went to request the service the man who attended us has a bad character, he answers the questions in a bad way and never gives the correct answers when I went to deliver the truck I asked him for help to return the truck through the phone and he took my keys and he told me to leave and not do anything and I asked him about the return of the deposit and he didn't answer me I hope he has registered the return of the truck because he won't let me do it on my phone because I took my keys

Samuel H.I gave an average rating solely because of the particularities of the lot itself. However, the customer service was incredible. The rents process was easy, and the gentleman gave me great instructions on how to start the truck (it was my first time driving a push-to-start vehicle). The return was also simple. All in all, a great Uhaul, but a funky lot.

Daniel W.I filled up the gas tank to the level hiw it was given to me before returning it. But it turns out that Uhaul charges more fee for gas anyways. I was charged $35 for gas eventhough I had filled the truck to its original gas levels. I did not like that lack of information from your behalf. Explain then, that does not matter if the custumer fill out the gas tank at the end of the usage of the truck, that UHaul will charge a fee for gas anyways.
Dania M.The online check in process was terrible. It took forever just for them to approve me because it was difficult to get a clear pic of my license. It was also slow, and it would just been faster to go in. When I did ask for help from the attendant that was there I told it was online, they couldn't help us, and just wait to see what the app does. After about 40 min we were finally in our uhual and on the way. Next time I'll just use a human and not the online version because everything else was fine. Pickup was fine, but again, slow. Faster to just take the keys back to the person, and have them inspect it vs taking a million photos.
Rebecca G.The app didn't work all day and now I have to drive back to return the truck even though the owner came out and told me where to park and then took off without accepting the return. Now they threaten to charge me a fee for having to return in person.

Dora M.Parking overcrowded. Dropped off and did mobile checkout after hours. Worker (maybe owner?) showed up as I was finishing and complained about me dropping it off, saying he would have turned me away if he'd been there in time. For context, I didn't select this location. It was auto-populated when I made the reservation and didn't have an option to choose anywhere else.

Brandi L.The personnel should be more welcoming and professional. During my drop off, the representative did not acknowledge me for a minute after I came in the door. No other customers were there. The rep was in the far corner looking at a cell phone during that time. I walked closer and said good afternoon, the rep said, in a short tone, "be with you in a few". Once the rep started assisting me, the rep asked if I can back a trailer. I said "yes", then the rep said, in a firm tone, "tell me now if you can or cant, I already turned away two drop offs today". I fealt like leaving to find another drop off location. The rep complained about a bad back and not being able to deal with the heavy trailers, and said, "I don't need the money". I did not feel welcomed at this location.
