Sam DWe arrived 20 minutes early but the truck wasn't back yet. Ok, our reservation was for 10 am, I understand. The owner tried to call them, but no answer. They arrived a bit late but had not filled up the tank. from that point forward, they had started to work on one of many waiting customers. Then, between the computer system and the owner trying to figure it out, it took another hour to get out of there. it was the 30th of the month, so people shouldn't expect anything in way of available rentals. but they probably lost 3-4 customers who were waiting.
Elizabeth MComputer was slow which made the process take longer than it should.
Edward OThe cargo van was in excellent condition. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Helpful staff. Great experience overall.
