Everything was fine except the online process. The agent was WONDERFUL and patient and very, very helpful. I thank her so much. But that process needs to be tweaked so that people that's not computer savvy be able to get thru that process. Other than that it was AWESOME!

I ordered a dolly and it wasn’t in the truck an was charged for it and I was charged for having the dolly for 2 days and charged for and extra day of the truck but didn’t have it . But other than that the experience was quick convenient and got the job done thanks again I will recommend to friends and family!!
