We arrived at the location and nobody was there… I called and spoke to customer service rep and they gave me the codes to look for the key and there was no key in any of the lock boxes… The owner was called by somebody that was mowing the lawn and he said he’d be there in 15 minutes and 35 minutes later he showed up which extremely put us behind schedule. But in this situation, I needed the truck because we were already set up to move my son.
