I was disappointed that the pickup location was changed. The location I requested is very close to my home, so this pickup added a few miles to my trip.ADAM H.

Piss poor attitude from young mechanic when asked to hook me up, no provision to hook lights up. Told there was an auto parts store in every corner, rachets on the straps were so rusted they were inoperable. I had to go buy WD40 to loosen them. I checked in online and refused all extra charges, yet the dealer added a $40.00 charge to my ticket without asking.Jonathan R.

When I arrived at my scheduled time for pick up the owner told me I was going to have wait a while until he could go pick up the person that processed the Uhaul rentals. Once I asked how long? He had no timeframe. Following discussion I told him that wasn't acceptable. He then called several people and after a short while had someone on his phone to process the rental. It ended quite well but didn't start out very well. This was not a UHaul owned facility.Ronald K.

My reservation was originally at mid delta 1611 Hwy 7 in Greenwood Ms. That service was horrible the appointment was for 8:00 I waited for an hour nobody called or came to open the place, I then had to move my reservations 32 miles out of the way to get what I needed the service was great at Walters Trucking would not recommend Mid Delta Uhuals to anyoneShafounder Mars J.

Firstly, I think you all should make sure that when a customer reserves a truck or trailer, it's there on the day of pick up. I reserved a truck at a location near me, went to pick it up there was no truck. I had to pay movers an additional $200 for lost time. Also, I had drive an hour to pick up another u-haul from another location which threw me further behind schedule.dominique G.

I reserved a dozen pads and was told he didn't have them due to the previous customer coming in and getting 5 dozen. He could have saved me one dozen. This made my move very difficult. I did everything on line and prepaid and it still took 45 minutes to pick it up.Neil H.

Improve your web site as the dealer where we picked up the trailer had a TERRIBLE time trying to get into the site to give us our paper work. I had to end up calling Jackson, MS, the main office to help him get the paper work done - he did it by phone!!!! Spent an HOUR trying to complete the papers.john B.
