Closed on my drop off date but the key drop was labeled very well. I called the next morning to confirm all was well and she assured me it was. I received my receipt promptly via email.

JOSEPH WFrank and Hattie were fine, location was clean, truck was ready. But that truck should not have been on the road. Buckled a little when I first drove it. The next day, twenty miles later, the back wheels locked at 65 mph. The drive train, and a lot of other stuff, hit the car my wife was driving behind me. Very Dangerous. Stranded on the interstate, then at a truck stop for most of the day. Your call center folks were responsive and professional, but they had no assets to help us quickly.
