There wasn't anything special about the location. I processed the pickup through the U-Haul app, so there was little to no onsite interaction. Pickup location was mildly inconvenient inasmuch as the location assigned by U-Haul (in a very rural setting) was ~20 miles from my designated pickup location. My experience of processing the booking, rental, pickup, drop-off, etc through the U-Haul app was stellar.
