It's not the pick-up location's fault, those ladies were awesome, but the reservation process for UHaul is terrible. I don't know why I bother going through the entire process online only to have to REDO the whole process AGAIN when I arrive to pick up the rental! I made multiple UHaul reservations this year and they all were the same: fill out everything online and then have to do it all again during pick-up. And the worst part is when I make a reservation online and it shows one price but then when I go to pick up the item it's somehow vastly different in price suddenly. I am talking a difference of hundreds of dollars. The folks working at these businesses are wonderful and hard-working, but the UHaul reservation system needs OverHauled.

ERIN MI like that there is a u-haul so close to home. The front desk staff were excellent and efficent and very friendly and had exactly what i needed. I will definitely be using them anytime i need a trailer!
Jacob OThe trailer was not close to my original pick up locations (15 mls. away). The trailer was parked in a lot with excessive thorns (goat heads). The people who rented the equipment bragged about moving to Huachuca City to avoid incarceration, and moved at the speed of a wounded sloth. 3 of the 4 wheels had blown hub seals. The lights shorted out within the first 20 miles, and took some work on my part to make them function. The center loading ramp was jammed shut with dirt, and again took some work to make it functional. Actually, I should have rated this location as "Average".
Dale PI reserved a 26' Uhaul truck from 3/13/26 thru 3/15/26 @ the Fry road in Sierra Vista. 3DAYS RENTLE. I went IN PERSON to change the Friday 13th for pick to Saturday the 14th and make sure It was now 14th thru 16th. Then a FEW days before we were called saying to pick up the uhaul truck in Huachuca City at a 3rd part location. So instead of 1.5 miles to get the truck, it was now 7.5 miles away. I was originally quoted $400 + 205 miles for 3 days. We arrived at our new home 3.5 hours away and received an email to return the truck by 10am next day!!@#@! NO WE HAD RENTED THRU MONDAY RETURN ON TUES BY 10 AM. Unnecessary stress and confusion with poor management skills AND COMMUNICATION. Terrible experience

John FOur location for pick up got changed a day before from a Uhaul location to War Performance. The place of business reaked of cigarette smoke. The whole process took 45 minutes. I had to walk out a couple of times because the smell of smoke was so bad!
